Two letters of recommendation from faculty are required to be considered for program eligibility. At least one letter must be from a faculty member. Please have your recommenders complete the form listed in the download section. Completed letters can be sent by the faculty member via UC Davis interoffice mail, email, faxed to the McNair office, presented in a sealed envelope signed by the faculty member and submitted by the student in person, or mailed to the McNair Program address listed at the bottom of the letter of recommendation form. We will also accept a letter of recommendation on department letterhead or Microsoft word documents.
